Exciting opportunity for a Part Qualified Accountant to join the Finance Operations Team of an industry leading FMCG company who are based in Cavan. Reporting into the Commercial Controller you will work as part of a team of 4 and will be responsible for production reporting, weekly accounts, reconciliations and report analysis. Permanent role Hybrid option (After 3 months onsite for training purposes) Salary: €38,000 - €48,000 Hours: 9am - 5pm Parking on site Based in Cavan Benefits: Bonus (10%) and Pension (7% - 4% employer contribution and 3% matched contribution) 23 days annual leave Study Support - full support with fees and study leave for exams Great opportunities for personal and career development within the company Responsibilities Perform monthly accounts reconciliations. Execute general queries and tasks within the ERP system. Compile CSO reports. Reconcile and follow up on external cold storage reports. Post journal entries for financial accounts. Maintain and update the weekly KPI dashboard. Generate standard usage variance reports. Prepare and review production reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Input and review project data. Reconcile and review stock levels. Update data in the financial reporting system. Perform additional tasks as needed. Key Skills Qualifications At least 3-5 years of experience working in an accounting role Part Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) who is keen to progress with exams/qualification Strong systems experience required - experience with Navision and PioSys is an advantage Comfortable working with large data sets High level Excel skills required (pivot tables, exporting data into Excel and analysing) Morgan McKinley is acting as an Employment Agency and references to pay rates are indicative.
