Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing professional and prompt customer service via phone and email.
- Efficiently manage schedules and appointments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate patient records, forms, and documents.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Provide basic research and project support, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Troubleshoot operational issues, quickly identifying and implementing solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed to support operational needs.
- Ensure all administrative duties are performed with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Social Media management interest and experience using Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven experience as an administrative assistant, office coordinator, or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to professionally handle sensitive client interactions.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Drive, Gmail, Meets).
- Social Media management experience.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative to solve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
- Familiarity with audiology or healthcare environments is a plus, but not required.
- Interest in personal development and company growth, with a desire to learn and take on new responsibilities.
