Job Description

Part Time Customer Excellence Co-Ordinator role requires a motivated, innovative, and enthusiastic individual to join the Customer Excellence Team at B. Braun, a leading health care supplier with a presence in 64 countries.

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to manage customer queries, process orders, and provide excellent customer support. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent time management skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer queries and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and comprehensive manner.
  • Process orders and manage the service fulfilment process to ensure deliveries are made on time.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to provide updates on orders, delays, and backorders.
  • Process returns, debits, and credits efficiently and provide customers with a resolution.
  • Monitor and respond to customer queries from phone calls, email, and online chats.
  • Build customer relationships and take ownership of customer requests.

Requirements:

  • SAP experience is essential to the role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to remain calm and polite under pressure.
  • Excellent organisational skills and good team working skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
