Join the team at this awarded 4" Family Run Hotel in Wexford. Whitford is seeking an experienced part-time Receptionist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all guests receive exceptional customer service in a very genuine and caring manner.
- Carrying out all Reception duties, working as part of the Front Office Team (Reception and Reservations).
- Dealing with any customer queries in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Ensuring that all areas of the main entrance and lobby are presented to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Handling all complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring they are followed up and resolved.
- Maintaining full and up-to-date knowledge of the hotel products and services.
- Handling all telephone calls politely and efficiently, accurately meeting the caller's needs using a client-oriented approach.
- Promptly handling all enquiries, ensuring the customer receives a friendly, professional and efficient response that accurately meets their needs.
- Handling all reservations through different channels (via email/telephone/website) efficiently.
- Encouraging customer loyalty by building friendly, personalized relationships.
Candidates wishing to apply should have:
- System knowledge of Hotsoft essential.
- Previous experience working in the hospitality industry in a customer service role.
- Fluency in the English language.
- Excellent computer and organizational skills.
