Prosper Fingal, part of the Prosper Group, is a community-based organisation that provides a wide range of health-related and social services to adults with intellectual disabilities and autism.Join our wonderful team and provide support to adults with intellectual disabilities around North Count Dublin, helping them to reaching their full potential and connect with their community. We are currently looking for a qualified Social Care Worker to cover a Maternity Leave position at our Rush Residential Service in North Co. Dublin on a Part Time basis, working 20-25 hours per week. This individual will have a strong person-centered vision and will play a key role in facilitating and supporting individuals in our Day Services while upholding our core values of providing respectful, progressive, professional, and positive services. Location:Rush, Co. Dublin Hours:20-25 hours per week Salary Scale:Competitive, based on agreed hours of employment (Commensurate with experience ) Successful applicants must have a degree level 7/8 qualification in Social Care or a related discipline in order to apply for this position. Prior experience working in disability services and knowledge of New Directions Services & Supports for Adults with Disabilities would be advantageous.A Full Manual driver's licence is required for this position.
