Seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to lead the team at Tommy Hilfiger in Athlone, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role
- Ensure efficient store operations and achieve high levels of customer service, sales, and profit.
- Support the management team in managing personnel, product, and merchandising functions.
- Participate in weekly management meetings and staff meetings.
- Communicate marketing and sales promotions to staff.
- Drive sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team and delivering an exceptional store experience.
- Foster a positive store environment by treating customers and colleagues fairly.
- Support the team in delivering business strategy and ensuring consistent training on product knowledge and store maintenance.
- Achieve company standards for personal sales results.
- Perform manager-on-duty functions and manage store opening and closing procedures.
- Focus staff on building quality relationships with internal and external customers.
- Ensure visual merchandising directives are executed consistently.
- Contribute to building a talent pool for key positions.
About You
- Previous supervisory or specialist experience within a premium or luxury brand.
- Previous people management experience with conflict resolution skills.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Team player with a focus on celebrating team contributions.
- Confident in giving feedback to promote positive change.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work at pace.
- Energetic and authentic presence on the shop floor.
- 'Can-do' approach to issues and initiative to find in-store solutions.
