About the Role

  • Ensure efficient store operations and achieve high levels of customer service, sales, and profit.
  • Support the management team in managing personnel, product, and merchandising functions.
  • Participate in weekly management meetings and staff meetings.
  • Communicate marketing and sales promotions to staff.
  • Drive sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team and delivering an exceptional store experience.
  • Foster a positive store environment by treating customers and colleagues fairly.
  • Support the team in delivering business strategy and ensuring consistent training on product knowledge and store maintenance.
  • Achieve company standards for personal sales results.
  • Perform manager-on-duty functions and manage store opening and closing procedures.
  • Focus staff on building quality relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Ensure visual merchandising directives are executed consistently.
  • Contribute to building a talent pool for key positions.

About You

  • Previous supervisory or specialist experience within a premium or luxury brand.
  • Previous people management experience with conflict resolution skills.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Team player with a focus on celebrating team contributions.
  • Confident in giving feedback to promote positive change.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work at pace.
  • Energetic and authentic presence on the shop floor.
