We are seeking a Part-Time Sales and Minor Repair Associate to join our team during weekends. This position is ideal for someone who loves technology, enjoys interacting with customers, and has basic repair skills. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases and performing minor repairs on a variety of devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, providing recommendations based on their needs.
- Manage sales transactions and respond to customer inquiries.
- Perform basic repairs on devices, such as screen replacements and battery swaps.
- Support the full-time repair technician with minor diagnostic tasks.
- Maintain an organized sales floor and assist with inventory management.
- Keep up with the latest tech products and repair techniques.
- Deliver excellent customer service and technical support.
Requirements:
- Experience in retail sales, preferably with a focus on technology products.
- Basic technical skills for performing minor device repairs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle tasks efficiently.
- Passion for technology and a willingness to learn.
- Availability to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
