Fluent German speaking sales professionals wanted for Tech / SaaS opportunities. Summary: Identify, convert and activate new partners for intelligent marketing automation software. In a partner or channel role, exhibit advanced experience within the marketing technology industry, using professional knowledge to drive commercial outcomes. Responsibilities: Research target companies, evaluate compatibility, establish contact, lead commercial discussions, convert potential partners, guide onboarding, set up revenue generation, drive activation motion, collaborate with internal teams, build pipeline and forecast, maintain product understanding. Requirements: Native-level fluency in German (C2 or higher) and English fluency (C1 or higher). Channel Sales OR Partner Management experience in complex sales cycles with demonstrated ownership of territory and account management. High level of urgency, ownership, and strong time management skills. Positive attitude, strong work ethic and self-motivation. Ability to align technology solutions to business problems and utilise strategic thinking skills to solve customer problems. Track record of consistent over-achievement of quotas & revenue goals. Passion for building customer relationships and working cross-functionally within a diverse team. Strong business acumen demonstrated in written and verbal communication skills. Highly coachable and keen sense of self awareness. Eligibility to work in Ireland (EU Passport, Permanent Residence/Stamp 4, etc.)
