Orchestry Software is seeking an energetic and engaging Partner Manager for the EMEA region to join our dynamic team. As a leading Microsoft ISV, we develop innovative SaaS products that empower organizations to effectively manage Microsoft 365. At Orchestry, we believe in the power of strategic partnerships to enhance our reach and impact in the market.In this role you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic partners in the region. You will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new partners, as well as nurturing existing partnerships to drive revenue growth and achieve mutual success.Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will collaborate on business planning, joint marketing initiatives, and sales enablement programs to maximize the potential of our partnerships. We are looking for a driven and results-oriented individual who excels in building meaningful connections and driving performance through partnerships.If you have a passion for technology, a strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, and a desire to make a significant impact in the software industry, we would love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesActively identify and recruit new strategic partners in the EMEA regionEstablish and nurture strong relationships with existing partners to drive revenue growth and customer successCollaborate with partners on joint marketing initiatives, demand generation programs, and sales enablement activitiesDevelop and execute business plans with partners to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goalsProvide input on product roadmap and enhancements based on partner feedback and market trendsContinuously monitor and analyze the partner landscape to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trendsRequirementsProven experience in partner management or business development, preferably in the technology industryStrong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and experience working with Microsoft partnersExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with partnersDemonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnershipsSelf-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targetsProven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsWillingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry eventsBenefitsWork From Home - Flexible hoursTraining & DevelopmentFuture Stock Option Plan #J-18808-Ljbffr
