**Partner Marketing Director EMEA** We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead marketing initiatives across the EMEA region, developing and executing programs with Service Now's partner ecosystem to drive joint pipeline, revenue, and customer success. **Job Description** Service Now is a global market leader in AI-enhanced technology, bringing innovative solutions to over 8,100 customers, including 85% of the Fortune 500. Our intelligent cloud-based platform connects people, systems, and processes to empower organizations to work smarter, faster, and better. **Key Responsibilities** • Develop and implement a comprehensive partner marketing strategy for the EMEA region, aligning with Service Now's business goals and driving partner engagement, joint solutions, and measurable outcomes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including global marketing, field marketing, sales, and product teams, to ensure alignment on partner programs and initiatives. • Create and execute joint marketing campaigns and initiatives with strategic partners, generating demand, increasing brand awareness, and accelerating sales. • Drive and support operational meetings, including quarterly business reviews and staff meetings. • Equip partners with marketing resources, enablement tools, and training to promote Service Now's offerings in the market. • Ensure consistent messaging and positioning in all partner-led activities. • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify pipeline opportunities and support regional sales initiatives. • Manage partner marketing budgets, including Market Development Funds, and track and optimize performance of partner-led campaigns. • Support regional partner events and joint sponsorships, including trade shows, webinars, and partner summits. **Requirements** • Strong understanding of the EMEA market landscape, partner ecosystem, and go-to-market strategies. • Proven experience working with partners, developing and maintaining strategic relationships. • Strong background in campaign development, digital marketing, event management, and sales enablement. • Demonstrated ability to analyze and measure the effectiveness of partner marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. • Advanced MS Power Point skills, including the ability to simplify complex data for decision making. • Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
