FJS Ltd are Ireland's First Full Line Kubota Dealer for construction, Ag and Groundcare machinery. We are the main dealer for Liugong Excavators & Loaders, whilst also specialising in Furuakawa FRD Rockbreakers, Merlo Telehandlers, EvoQuip a Terex Brand of Demolition and Crushing Equipment and Merlo Telehandlers amongst other brands. Due to continued growth within FJS Plant, we are now recruiting for an experienced and professional Parts assistant to join our team in Kildare. This is a very hands-on role within a small team. Role includes overseeing the sourcing and supply of franchise parts efficiently for customers and workshop, meeting agreed sales volume targets and delivering excellent customer service. Main Duties: Receive, record and bin parts and consumables from the manufacturer and other suppliers. Ensuring accuracy of stock deliveries and against agreed records. Identify, locate, invoice and issue parts and consumables to customers and other departments using the computer system (IBCOS). Supply accurate and detailed parts quotations to internal departments, retail and trade customers. Administer parts invoices, ensuring invoiced items and accountable. Establish customers needs for required parts, communicating relevant promotions and offers to customers when appropriate. Manage and control all parts administration requirements. Maintain standards in line with regulatory requirements. Maintain safe working practices and abide by the working rules and standards of the Dealer. Maintain product knowledge on the full franchise range. Work with existing team, to ensure that agreed targets and deadlines are met, and in line with guidelines, policies and procedures. Requirements: Excellent communication skills. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team as required. Attention to detail and ability to follow established procedure. Ability and hunger to learn and develop. Adhere to KPIs. Forklift experience. Full clean EU driving license.
