Parts Manager Job Description: Colm Burns Commercials is looking for an experienced Parts Advisor/Store person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, either with a Main Dealer or Motor Factors. In this role, you will work closely with the Aftersales Manager, receiving the necessary tools and support to excel. Key Responsibilities: Manage the receipt and organisation of parts deliveries. Handle parts counter sales and provide prompt assistance to customers. Efficiently serve our team of mechanics and collaborate with the after sales team on spare parts availability. Maintain high service standards for Trade Parts customers. Process orders received by phone, online, or in person. Implement and maintain effective stock control procedures. Work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets. Required Skills: At least 3 years experience in the motor trade. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in computer systems; experience with Pinewood is an advantage. Strong teamwork skills. Full, clean EU Drivers License. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
