Payroll Administrator Part-time

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Payroll Administrator.

Job Purpose:
- Process weekly and monthly payroll for salaried and hourly paid employees.
- Interpret and process staff payment information to ensure correct payments according to DPI policy and statutory regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the company payroll system.
- Prepare weekly/monthly payroll for employees.
- Process and reconcile payroll.
- Produce and distribute pay slips and regular reports.
- Respond to queries from colleagues.
- Assist with paying deducted amounts due to third parties on a monthly basis.
- Calculate taxes and Benefits in Kind (BIK) accurately and efficiently.
- Process PAYE, PRS, and USC returns and payments on time.
- Retrieve and upload RPNs for applicable companies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver process and service improvements.
- Provide support and guidance to the HR Manager in pay-related issues.
Requirements:
- Certified Payroll Technician or equivalent payroll qualification.
- Experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of electronic payroll package and clocking system.
