Payroll Administrator Part-time

22 hours per week, Competitive salary plus benefits, Tallaght, Dublin / Hybrid

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Payroll Administrator.

Job Purpose:

  • Process weekly and monthly payroll for salaried and hourly paid employees.
  • Interpret and process staff payment information to ensure correct payments according to DPI policy and statutory regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the company payroll system.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly payroll for employees.
  • Process and reconcile payroll.
  • Produce and distribute pay slips and regular reports.
  • Respond to queries from colleagues.
  • Assist with paying deducted amounts due to third parties on a monthly basis.
  • Calculate taxes and Benefits in Kind (BIK) accurately and efficiently.
  • Process PAYE, PRS, and USC returns and payments on time.
  • Retrieve and upload RPNs for applicable companies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver process and service improvements.
  • Provide support and guidance to the HR Manager in pay-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Certified Payroll Technician or equivalent payroll qualification.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of electronic payroll package and clocking system.
