Payroll Administrator required to process end-to-end payroll, oversee employee benefits, and address client enquiries.
€30,000-€35,000 salary, benefits include bike to work scheme, company events, and on-site parking.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll on a weekly basis, cross-referencing timesheets with clock ins.
- Oversee employee benefits, health insurance, pension, and other deductions.
- Address and resolve client enquiries related to payroll, taxes, and benefits.
- Prepare weekly reports for management and perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with Collsoft system advantageous.
- Strong computer literacy and excellent communication skills.
- Highly motivated and willing to learn, with ability to work to deadlines.
