Job Description

Responsibilities: Efficiently and accurately process payroll using a Time Management System (Team Software) Handle all payroll-related data in the payroll system according to the agreed schedule and revenue deadlines. Promptly address and resolve employee requests and queries. Prepare and process payroll with high accuracy. Manually input timesheets into Payroll System (Collsoft) The role will also include some accounting tasks that will be assigned to them. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of payroll experience required, Experience with Collsoft payroll software is vital. two payrolls direct staff of 70 and sub-contractors staff of 30/40 Strong attention to detail, highly organized and able to multitask.
