Job Description

Payroll Analyst role in Dublin, responsible for preparing and delivering payroll products to customers in the EMEASA region, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

As a Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing payrolls across the EMEASA region
  • Responding to inquiries from employees, supervisors, and key business partners
  • Preparing monthly reports
  • Maintaining vacation, sick leave, and other records
  • Analyzing and approving Workday process
  • Inputting transactions on online bank system
  • Performing audits of data in Workday to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Monitoring vendors to ensure optimum service

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or equivalent
  • Strong multitasking and English skills
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Effective communication skills in English both written and verbal
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office suite
