Job Description
Payroll Analyst role in Dublin, responsible for preparing and delivering payroll products to customers in the EMEASA region, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

As a Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing payrolls across the EMEASA region
- Responding to inquiries from employees, supervisors, and key business partners
- Preparing monthly reports
- Maintaining vacation, sick leave, and other records
- Analyzing and approving Workday process
- Inputting transactions on online bank system
- Performing audits of data in Workday to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Monitoring vendors to ensure optimum service
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or equivalent
- Strong multitasking and English skills
- Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Effective communication skills in English both written and verbal
- Experienced with Microsoft Office suite
