Part-time Payroll and HR Administrator sought in South Dublin to process payroll, manage HR administration, and assist with ad-hoc duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and efficiently through Sage.
- Liaise with employees on payroll and tax queries.
- Adhere to deadlines for Revenue returns submission.
- Stay up-to-date with tax and social welfare statutory regulations.
- Assist with Pension Auto-enrolment roll out.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and industry standards.
- Manage the iTalent HR system for permanent and contract staff.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in payroll processing.
- Experience using Sage is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent understanding of current Payroll, Revenue, and Employment legislation.
