Job Description

Seeking a Payroll Associate to ensure accurate payroll processing, implement internal controls, and provide timely reporting to internal and external auditors.

CPL are delighted to continue working closely with a world-leading healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation.

The role is based in Dublin 18 and involves working as part of the Payroll team to ensure efficient processes and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure inputs to payrolls are completed and trial and final payroll outputs are checked prior to salary payments being made.
  • Implement internal controls to capture and process monthly changes correctly and reconcile any differences.
  • Upload electronic files and input manual payments to the bank.
  • Manage the Payroll mailbox to ensure queries are answered in a timely manner and filed appropriately.
  • Ensure all monthly and annual tax, pension, and compliance requirements are met.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting to internal and external auditors.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience with EMEA payroll processes.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service.
  • Ability to work under pressure, to strict deadlines with a high volume of transactions.
  • Attention to detail with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Team player.
  • Proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • IPASS qualified preferably.
