- Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and regulations, including tax, pensions, and other statutory requirements.
- Provide strategic input and insights into payroll policies and process improvements.
- Offer expert guidance and support on payroll queries and issues.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in UK payroll operations.
- Strong track record in payroll system implementation and managing payroll transitions to outsourced providers.
- Experience within the public sector is highly desirable.
