Job Description
Summary: We seek an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting to management.
- Process payroll for permanent and seasonal employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and implement necessary adjustments.
- Maintain payroll records and employee information.
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and deductions.
- Generate payroll reports for management review and assist with financial reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory payments.
Requirements:
- IPASS qualification.
- Substantial payroll experience, with a strong understanding of Irish payroll regulations and tax laws.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong collaborative approach to work effectively across departments.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills.
