Job Description

Seeking experienced Payroll Manager to lead team of 3 specialists in managing domestic and international payroll for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage delivery of payroll services to diverse client portfolio
  • Review and upload timesheets to payroll software
  • Oversee billing, budgeting, and timely preparation of invoices
  • Maintain pension contributions and upload reports to providers
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
  • Process submissions to Revenue and manage payments

Requirements:

  • IPASS qualified
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Payroll Manager role
  • Strong knowledge of PAYE, PRSI, BIK, and other relevant regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to handle high volume of work
  • Aptitude for building relationships and influencing others
