Seeking experienced Payroll Manager to lead team of 3 specialists in managing domestic and international payroll for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage delivery of payroll services to diverse client portfolio
- Review and upload timesheets to payroll software
- Oversee billing, budgeting, and timely preparation of invoices
- Maintain pension contributions and upload reports to providers
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Process submissions to Revenue and manage payments
Requirements:
- IPASS qualified
- Minimum 2 years experience in Payroll Manager role
- Strong knowledge of PAYE, PRSI, BIK, and other relevant regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to handle high volume of work
- Aptitude for building relationships and influencing others
