Payroll Project & HRIS Data Compliance Coordinator Dublin City Centre - Hybrid with flexible working hours Lincoln are proud to be working with a prestigious financial services firm to recruit a Payroll & HRIS professional on a full-time, permanent basis. The role reports to the Group HRIS Lead based in European HQ. The role will suit a professional who has 1-2 years experience in Payroll Coordination within Europe, with a keen interest and passion for HRIS. Strong Excel capabilities are essential. Duties: Follow-up the monthly payroll activities with the payroll provider and the payroll partners based in different countries (track log, status report, mitigation plan status) Work closely with the payroll partner to consolidate the evolutions and establish a mitigation plan with the provider concerning any issue or improvements. Create and monitor relevant payroll KPIs with the provider. Maintain payroll processes and payroll business continuity plan in collaboration with payroll partners. Manage of the payroll cycle in specific countries (countries with very limited number of employees, Employee of Record set-up), if relevant. Design & deliver HR KPI to monitor HR data quality in Workday and others HRIS systems (absenteeism, etc), HR processes compliance (termination process, background check, on/offboarding) and HR processes efficiency (recruitment, performance) Support the Group HRIS team in preparing KPI and answers to internal control, security requests and external auditor (access management control, dormant accounts, payroll controls) Ensure documentation and traceability of KPIs (evidence, proof of control) Create a HR data dictionary to manage the HR Data Governance: identify the Golden data, references for the HR community to understand the datas structure, meaning, and application in various HR systems and processes. Requirements: 1-3 years experience in a HR Data Management & payroll position. Masters Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject. Proven experience in payroll coordination in an international environment (France, Italy, Nordic country). High level of analytical and problem-solving skills. Rigorous, organized and dynamic. Results and deadline driven. Proven experience in a data management. Understanding of payroll specificities & HR processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
