Seeking a Payroll & HRIS professional with 1-2 years experience in Payroll Coordination within Europe, with a keen interest and passion for HRIS, to work in a prestigious financial services firm.
The role involves working closely with the payroll partner to consolidate evolutions and establish a mitigation plan with the provider concerning any issue or improvements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Following up on monthly payroll activities with the payroll provider and partners based in different countries
- Creating and monitoring relevant payroll KPIs with the provider
- Maintaining payroll processes and payroll business continuity plan in collaboration with payroll partners
- Managing the payroll cycle in specific countries
- Designing and delivering HR KPI to monitor HR data quality in Workday and other HRIS systems
- Supporting the Group HRIS team in preparing KPI and answers to internal control, security requests and external auditor
- Ensuring documentation and traceability of KPIs
- Creating a HR data dictionary to manage the HR Data Governance
Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience in a HR Data Management & payroll position
- Masters Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject
- Proven experience in payroll coordination in an international environment
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills
- Rigorous, organized and dynamic

- Proven experience in a data management
- Understanding of payroll specificities & HR processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
