Job Description

Seeking a Payroll & HRIS professional with 1-2 years experience in Payroll Coordination within Europe, with a keen interest and passion for HRIS, to work in a prestigious financial services firm.

The role involves working closely with the payroll partner to consolidate evolutions and establish a mitigation plan with the provider concerning any issue or improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Following up on monthly payroll activities with the payroll provider and partners based in different countries
  • Creating and monitoring relevant payroll KPIs with the provider
  • Maintaining payroll processes and payroll business continuity plan in collaboration with payroll partners
  • Managing the payroll cycle in specific countries
  • Designing and delivering HR KPI to monitor HR data quality in Workday and other HRIS systems
  • Supporting the Group HRIS team in preparing KPI and answers to internal control, security requests and external auditor
  • Ensuring documentation and traceability of KPIs
  • Creating a HR data dictionary to manage the HR Data Governance

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience in a HR Data Management & payroll position
  • Masters Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject
  • Proven experience in payroll coordination in an international environment
  • High level of analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Rigorous, organized and dynamic
  • Results and deadline driven
  • Proven experience in a data management
  • Understanding of payroll specificities & HR processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and proficient in Power Point
