Payroll Senior Permanent We are seeking a Payroll Specialiston behalf of our client, a top 10 accounting firm, to join their growing team of payroll experts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a busy bureau environment, providing outsourced payroll services to a diverse range of clients, from multinational corporations to owner-managed businesses and public sector bodies. The ideal candidate will be IPASS qualified with experience in payroll systems and a passion for delivering efficient, accurate payroll solutions. You will be part of a dynamic team, handling everything from payroll processing to client management. Location:Dublin 2 Hybrid:3 days WFH Salary:€45k-€50k Hours:9:00 am to 5:30 pm (Monday Friday) Key Responsibilities: Implementing payroll for new clients Processing payroll in a busy bureau environment Handling all aspects of payroll, including BIK, share awards, pensions, and statutory deductions Coordinating international payroll processes Managing starter and leaver registrations Processing monthly PAYE submissions through ROS Conducting payroll reconciliations using Excel Providing secure payslips for all employees Processing net pay via EFT and Internet banking Liaising with clients to ensure smooth service delivery Training staff on payroll systems Ideal Candidate: IPASS qualified with at least 3 years of payroll bureau experience High level of attention to detail and strong communication skills Experienced in using payroll systems (Europay experience is an advantage) Enthusiastic, confident, and able to work well within a team High levels of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information Capable of working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to perform payroll reconciliations For more information, please apply through the link provided for the attention of Fiach OByrne or call Osborne Recruitment on .
