Job Description

Seeking a Payroll Specialist to process payroll, manage pension contributions, and handle client interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Our client, a long-standing and thriving multi-discipline accountancy practice, offers a competitive salary and flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare payroll on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis
  • Calculate holiday pay, statutory payments, and benefits in kind
  • Maintain pension contributions and upload reports to pension providers
  • Assist with bank transfers of salary payments
  • Distribute payslips
  • Ensure payroll is processed accurately within the relevant timeframe
  • Deal with clients on a day-to-day basis

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Payroll Specialist
  • IPASS certified or willing to complete this course
  • Motivation to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent planning and attention to detail skills
