Job Summary: Meticulous and experienced Payroll Specialist sought to manage weekly and monthly payroll processes in a global industry leader in Dublin. Duties include accurate and timely payroll processing, payroll software management, compliance, employee queries, reporting, and record keeping. Requirements: Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist, proficiency in Brightpay and Advanced Systems TMS, relevant qualifications, exceptional accuracy, strong communication skills, and effective time management.

Duties:


  • Weekly & Monthly Payroll: Accurate and timely processing of payroll, including taxes, deductions, bonuses, and adjustments.

  • Payroll Software: Manage payroll processes using Brightpay and Advanced Systems TMS, including data input, payroll runs, and reporting.

  • Compliance: Stay up-to-date with payroll legislation, tax laws, and industry regulations for full compliance.

  • Employee Queries: Address payroll inquiries from employees in a professional and timely manner.

  • Reporting: Generate and distribute payroll reports for internal and external use.

  • Time & Attendance Management: Support time attendance management via Advanced Systems TMS, ensuring accurate capture of employee hours.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR and Finance departments for accurate employee data and resolving discrepancies.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized and accurate payroll records for auditing and regulatory purposes.



Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist, ideally in a global or multi-entity organization.

  • Software Expertise: Proficiency in using Brightpay and Advanced Systems TMS.

  • Education: Relevant qualifications in Payroll or Accounting.

  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in processing large payrolls.

  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with employees and internal teams.

  • Time Management: Ability to manage workload effectively, ensuring deadlines are met.
