This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for an ambitious and experienced self-starter who wishes to progress their career in the Irish Life and Pensions Industry. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and an in-depth understanding of general Financial Advisory Services including Retirement Planning, Protection Solutions and Savings and investments. The Responsibilities: Efficient administration and processing of all our Life and Pension Business. This includes liaising with the clients, product providers and internal stakeholder. Oversee the completion of all Client files ensuring that these files fully meet the compliance standards. Be 100% familiar with all the rules and requirements of The Central Bank of Ireland. The provision of a full support service to Sales Team: the preparation of various client data reports and ensure that all client records are kept up to date. Oversee the timely and accurate completion of new business application forms. Monthly reconciliation of all direct debit payments. Assist with the communication of fund updates and annual review information to our clients. Oversee the processing of pension transfers. Ensuring that the proper commission has been remitted to the company. Ensuring that appropriate and up to date records are maintained on all clients, products on offer, pipeline business and outstanding documentation. Requirements Ideally a business graduate QFA qualified with relevant life and pensions regulatory and product knowledge. An extremely motivated self-starter who will possess an in-depth knowledge of the financial services industry. Minimum of 3-5 Years experience in a similar role with a proven track record. The ability to adopt a fully "hands-on" approach in assisting the sales staff and directors of the company in all aspects of a busy brokerage on a day-to-day basis.
