Job Description

Seeking a Pensions Administrator to join the DC Administration team in Dublin, managing a portfolio of 160 DC schemes and providing high-quality service to clients.

**Job Description:**

The DC Administration team currently manages a portfolio of approximately 160 DC schemes. As a Pensions Administrator, you will be part of a team of 10 Administrators, reporting into a Team Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all compliance and client-specific Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met on an ongoing basis
  • Liaising with offshore colleagues to ensure tasks are processed as per agreed timelines
  • Monitoring and updating the workflow system to track work effectively
  • Ensuring all money movements are completed in a timely manner
  • Updating internal record keeping system to reflect accurate member records
  • Working with other departments to provide data requests

**Requirements:**

  • Administration experience in a consultancy firm, brokerage, life office, or in-house scheme
  • Group or company DC pension administration experience
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills and effective communication skills
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Excel to at least intermediate standard
