Seeking a Pensions Administrator to join the DC Administration team in Dublin, managing a portfolio of 160 DC schemes and providing high-quality service to clients.
**Job Description:**
The DC Administration team currently manages a portfolio of approximately 160 DC schemes. As a Pensions Administrator, you will be part of a team of 10 Administrators, reporting into a Team Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all compliance and client-specific Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met on an ongoing basis
- Liaising with offshore colleagues to ensure tasks are processed as per agreed timelines
- Monitoring and updating the workflow system to track work effectively
- Ensuring all money movements are completed in a timely manner
- Updating internal record keeping system to reflect accurate member records
- Working with other departments to provide data requests
**Requirements:**
- Administration experience in a consultancy firm, brokerage, life office, or in-house scheme
- Group or company DC pension administration experience
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and effective communication skills
- Ability to work with Microsoft Excel to at least intermediate standard
