**Pensions Administrator - Defined Contribution (DC)** We are seeking a highly skilled Pensions Administrator to join our Dublin office on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high-quality and fully compliant standard of service to our clients. **About the Role** * Manage a portfolio of approximately 160 DC schemes * Work as part of a team of 10 Administrators, reporting to a Team Manager * Liaise with offshore colleagues to ensure timely completion of tasks * Monitor and update workflow systems to track work effectively * Ensure accurate record keeping and data management * Collaborate with other departments to provide data requests **What You Will Need** * Administration experience in a consultancy firm, brokerage, life office, or in-house scheme * Group or company DC pension administration experience * High level of accuracy and attention to detail * Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines * Strong analytical skills and effective communication skills * Ability to work with Microsoft Excel to at least intermediate standard **What Makes You Stand Out** * Successful completion of the Pensions QFA module or working towards same * Challenges the status quo in search for efficiencies **About Mercer** Mercer is a global consulting leader in talent, rewards, and investment.
