Company: Mercer Description: Mercer is seeking candidates for the following position based in our Dublin or Cork office: Pensions Administrator Renewals Team What can you expect The Renewals Team operates in Dublin and Cork and is responsible for receipt and processing of annual client data ensuring administration systems hold accurate and up to date member information for DB & DC schemes. The team work alongside the other administration teams located in Dublin, Cork as well as colleagues in India. Administrators work within a team led by a Team Manager. Additional roles to manage and support the Renewals Team include Scheme Events Leader. What you will be rewarded with: We provide a highly regarded and competitive package: Competitive salary 35 hour week Up to 12% employer pension contribution Full healthcare cover Study Support Flexitime or flexistart Hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home Sports & Social clubs/Wellness Programme Paid annual leave Travel ticket/bike to work are optional Subsidised canteen (Dublin only) We will rely on you to: Prepare and issue pre-renewal packs for all DB & DC Schemes Review annual data and ensure its updated to systems accurately Liaise with clients on data queries Liaise with other teams and scheme consultants where necessary in relation to the renewal Prepare and review annual Benefit Statements for all DB & DC Schemes for both active and deferred members Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements at all times Additional tasks as requested by Team Manager Ad hoc project work What you will need to have: DB or DC Pensions Administration experience Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads and work demanding deadlines and compliance dates Effective communication skills and proven track record of providing a high level of customer service Ability to work within a team environment as a team player and a flexible approach to work High level of accuracy/attention to detail and the ability to multitask Problem solving skills Good level of Excel, including Vlookup What makes you stand out: Industry related qualifications ideal e.g. QFA, RPA, IIPM A keen interest in further developing a career in pension scheme administration A good understanding of the relevant underlying Pensions Legislation and Regulations Mercer: Mercer believes in building brighter futures by redefining the world of work, reshaping retirement and investment outcomes, and unlocking real health and well-being.
