Join our expanding team as a Pension Consultant in a dynamic and goal-oriented environment. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing scheme restructuring exercises, collaborating with internal teams, and developing sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement scheme restructuring exercises
• Collaborate closely with internal teams for a consistent sales approach
• Develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns
• Work with sales support and marketing teams for business development opportunities
• Deliver engaging sales pitches and presentations
• Cultivate lasting relationships with industry influencers
• Provide market and product trend feedback
• Collaborate to identify sales and marketing opportunities
• Ensure compliance with sales, legal, and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrate flexibility in promoting occupational pension schemes
• Facilitate referrals to other departments as necessary
Requirements:
• Pension qualification (IIPM or RPA)
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Comprehensive understanding of pensions legislation and regulations
• Full clean driver's license and access to own vehicle
• Previous experience in a target-driven role beneficial
• Familiarity with Client Relationship Management systems
