Pensions Solicitor required to advise large corporates on pensions, benefits, and legislative changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on pension schemes, queries, complaints, restructuring, reorganisations, and mergers.
- Managing associated documentation.
- Advising on compliance with relevant legislative and regulatory framework.
- Advising on employee incentive plans.
Requirements:
- 6+ years' PQE in pensions law.
- Experience advising large corporates.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments.
