Our Client requires a Pensions Solicitor to join their expert team. Successful candidates will have experience advising large corporates in relation to pensions, benefits, and keeping on top of changes to legislation or practice which might benefit clients. Successful candidates will have 6+ years’ PQE in the area.Benefits: Pension, Bonus, Annual Reviews, Hybrid Working, Health Scheme, Travel Tax Incentives, Gym, and more.Duties:Advising in relation to pension schemes, queries, complaints, restructuring, reorganisations, and mergers.Managing associated documentation.The role will involve both contentious and non-contentious work.Advising clients in relation to compliance with the relevant legislative and regulatory framework.Advising on employee incentive plans.The Candidate:6+ years’ PQE in a relevant discipline.
