We are working with a global technology organisation, who due to growth, are looking for a People Business Partner to join their team.
This position will initially support their Ireland operations, with the opportunity.Based in Dublin South - hybrid model of 2 days in office, 3 days from home.
Would suit someone with 5 years HR Generalist experience looking for that next step up or 1 years HR BP experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR support, building strong relationships across all levels of the organization
- Serve as a key advisor to senior stakeholders and employees, working closely with the People Leader
- Drive initiatives in organizational development, performance management, culture change, and talent development
- Implement talent strategies with a focus on organizational design and optimizing human capital
- Collaborate on global and local compensation, benefits, and engagement programs to deliver excellent employee support
- Advise on change management and contribute to clear, effective organizational communication
- Manage the total rewards agenda, including the annual bonus and merit processes.
- Oversee internal employee relations issues, ensuring HR policies and ISO standards are met
About You:
- Resultsdriven with a proactive approach to achieving goals
- 68 years of HR experience
- Strong broad experience across the full employee lifecycle
- Solid understanding of employment legislation and experience in a matrixed organization
- Businesssavvy with a deep interest in understanding and supporting business operations
- Demonstrated success in managing change and influencing positive outcomes
- Datadriven with strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and experience with Workday is a plus
