Job Description
As a Senior Consultant in People Consulting, you will partner with clients to drive and evolve their people agenda in a rapidly changing global work environment.
- Support engagements across private and public sector clients using a consultative approach.
- Implement and deliver projects and workstreams across transformation programmes, including technology projects, organisation design programmes, and other change programmes.
- Provide support in all areas of organisational design, change management, culture, leadership, and team effectiveness.
- Plan and coordinate all elements of programmes from conception to completion, supporting the delivery of programmes either in person or virtually.
