Job Summary: People Consulting Partner
Support clients in driving and evolving their people agenda in a rapidly changing global work environment.
About the Role
Join our team of People Consulting partners to work on complex transformation programmes in Ireland. We partner with clients to ensure the long-term sustainability and embedding of major organisational transformation programmes.
- Support engagements across private and public sector clients in the delivery of change management, project management, engagement, business readiness, and supporting the People Consulting practice.
- Deliver change management, stakeholder management and engagement, business readiness, communications and implementation.
- Support delivery on projects and/or workstreams, primarily on change and transformation projects to support the delivery of client requirements.
