Senior Consultant role in People Consulting, partnering with clients to drive and evolve their people agenda in a rapidly changing global work environment.
Join the People Consulting team in EY to work on complex transformation programmes in Ireland, with a focus on organisation design, change management, and cultural transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support engagements across private and public sector clients using a consultative approach.
- Implement and deliver projects and/or workstreams across transformation programmes, including technology projects and organisation design programmes.
- Provide support in all areas of organisational design, change management, culture, leadership/team effectiveness, and support for other strategic initiatives.
- Plan and co-ordinate all elements of programmes from conception to completion, supporting the delivery of the programmes either in person or virtually.
- Support delivery on projects and/or workstreams, primarily on change and transformation projects.
Requirements
- Experience using relevant change tools, templates, and methodologies.
- Passion for change and innovation.
- Professional, quickly establishing personal credibility and demonstrating expertise.
- Strong personal impact and resilience; able to influence clients and stakeholders.
- Able to analyse complex problems and deliver insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions.
