About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic People Partner to join our team on a temporary basis for maternity cover. This will be a 14 Month Contract based in our Dublin HQ. The role will partner with Senior leaders to enable and drive our people strategy. Define and deliver relevant people roadmaps that support the functional agenda. This role also partners with managers and employees across the functions based in Ireland ensuring that HR practices align with our company's values, goals, and compliance requirements. Own and drive initiatives that enhance the culture, capacity and capability required to build engaged, high performing teams. This role will require a proactive individual who is skilled in employee relations, talent management, and HR operations, and who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Strategically partner with senior stakeholders and leaders to deliver business objectives through the people and talent roadmap. Execute and deliver the annual cycle of people roadmap initiatives per assigned functional teams as well as developing people initiatives tailored to support and enable delivery of functional business priorities. Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, addressing queries, concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. Coach and advise managers to equip them to lead engaged and high performing teams. Partner with leadership to identify talent needs and develop strategies for retention and development. Ensure onboarding and offboarding processes are implemented, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and exiting employees. Support in the execution of group people projects as identified in the People Team Roadmap. Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date, compliant with Irish employment law, and effectively communicated across the organization. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations as needed. Champion company culture and values, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace environment. Collaborate with the leadership team to drive employee engagement and well-being initiatives. Organize and support company events, recognition programs, and other engagement activities. Ensure compliance with and continually optimise our HR processes and policies. Embedding core people processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in strategic HR business partnering positions. Proven experience building effective relationships with leadership teams. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with ability to coach and challenge senior stakeholders. Ability to translate business strategy and execute people plans, which will deliver performance and achievement of business priorities. Strong knowledge of Irish employment laws and HR best practices. Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues with tact and confidentiality. Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote or hybrid setting. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience working in a multinational or fast-paced environment with a focus on technology teams is an advantage. CIPD qualification or equivalent is a plus.
