Job Description

Seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support global leaders in the EMEA region, driving organizational change, talent development, and employee relations.

People Operations at Google strives to revolutionize human resources, helping to find, grow, and keep remarkable talent.

As a key member of the Core and Research leadership teams, you will partner with senior leaders to build their organizations and make data-driven people decisions.

You will solve organizational challenges with people-related solutions, providing thought leadership and leadership coaching on strategy and execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Offering thought leadership and leadership coaching on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
  • Providing insightful data to guide decision making and proactive solutions.
  • Partnering with leaders on change initiatives, including define, design, launch, and landing.
  • Solving problems and designing solutions that affect multiple disciplines.

Key qualifications include:

  • 12 years of experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist supporting global leaders.
  • Experience in organizational change, talent development, diversity and inclusion, business consulting, data analysis, and employee relations.
  • Experience managing transformations from a people perspective across multiple regions.
  • Ability to build relationships, coach, and influence senior leaders.
  • Preferred qualification: experience working as a management consultant.
