Whether coaching our clients on how to lead their teams, navigating and resolving employee relations issues, or managing programs that help develop our Googlers, you are exceptionally focused on putting them first and being as clear and transparent as possible to help Googlers understand how people decisions get made.In this role, you will work with our senior leaders in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region in our Core and Research businesses, enabling their people strategy to deliver value for the business. You will solve organizational challenges with people-related solutions and be an integral part of the Core and Research leadership teams—a thought leader in people and organizational topics who understands every aspect of the business. You will also partner with a variety of talented People Operations teams to enable the delivery of our people strategy for each business in the region.ResponsibilitiesOffer thought leadership and leadership coaching regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.Provide insightful data to guide decision-making and provide proactive solutions.Partner with leaders on defining, designing, launching, and landing change initiatives.Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue, designing and quickly implementing solutions that affect multiple disciplines.Experience in the following areas: organizational change, talent management, performance management, leadership coaching, strategy development, and employee relations experience in the EMEA region.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
