Job Description

Support the development and progression of players within the IRFU Women's Rugby Pathway. Collect, analyse and interpret data to inform coaching, player development and monitor progress. Work closely with coaches, players and representative teams to deliver actionable insights and contribute to the success of emerging talent in Women's and Girls Rugby in Ireland. The role will involve data collection and analysis, reporting and insights, and support for coaches and teams. The successful candidate will have a degree in Sports Science, Data Analytics, Performance Analysis or a related field, and experience in performance analysis within a rugby or team sport environment. Proficiency in Hudl Sportscode and data analysis tools is required. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, are essential. The role is based at the High Performance Centre, Sport Ireland Campus, and the salary is up to €35,000 depending on experience. The IRFU is an equal opportunities employer.
