Performance & Reward Specialist - award-winning organisation - Cork I am delighted to partner with an award-winning organisation as they look to add a Performance & Reward Specialist to their team on a full-time permanent basis. This is an exciting time to join the organisation in this newly created role as the organisation continues to grow and be a market leader across Ireland. This role will be based in Cork and the successful postholder must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in working in an Irish organisation. The role: In this pivotal role, you'll support the implementation of the Performance Management system and play a key role in executing the Reward Programs, ensuring alignment with the company's business goals. You will be a crucial contributor to the ongoing development of our Performance Management and Reward strategies, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards. The main responsibilities: Support the daily operations of the Reward Programs alongside the P&R Manager, ensuring smooth service delivery within agreed timelines and SLAs. Conduct job evaluation and benchmarking exercises efficiently. Assist with accurate submissions for annual Total Reward Surveys across ROI and NI. Work collaboratively with another P&R Specialist to address and resolve escalated Reward Program cases from HR Operations and Business Partners. Oversee the collection and submission of annual pension renewal data in collaboration with HR Operations and Payroll. Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex pension-related queries and case management. Support the implementation of the Performance Management System, ensuring outputs align with other HR processes, such as the Annual Bonus and Talent Management processes. The ideal candidate: A minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR Generalist role, with involvement within reward. Bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline. Knowledge of Irish and UK pension schemes. Strong numerical and analytical skills, with high attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
