Performance Testing Analyst

The Performance Testing Analyst will play a key role in the Capacity Testing team within Group, testing and delivering key metrics on how our Digital channels are performing before they reach production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interface with metrics and monitoring tool sets for data analysis and gathering.
- Interact with other IT teams to access critical data that impacts the performance of any new product or change.
- Record and document the outcomes of performance and capacity testing, ensuring the timely production of test reports.
- Work with the teams to prioritise projects for analysis, gathering and presentation of results and outcomes.
- Support our customer base, helping them to understand the testing process and mechanisms, enabling them to roll out their projects efficiently and safely.
Requirements:
- Appropriate 3rd level qualifications.
- Experience in a variety of analytical testing tools and processes.
- Proven skills in understanding, analysing, and manipulating data.
- Strong ability to communicate with other teams and build effective working relationships across IT and Business teams.
- Analytical ability to interpret relevant data with a fact-based approach to decision making.
This is a Permanent role based in PTSb's Dublin or Cork office. Hybrid options are available within the Republic of Ireland.
