We are proud to be recruiting a Person in Charge This organisation provides Residential care, Community outreach and Day services to adults and children with complex support requirements We are also recruiting PIC's, DON's and Nurse Manager roles for our clients centres nationwide. A Social Care Worker or qualified staff nurse with experience supporting individuals who have a diagnosis of intellectual disability in a community based setting/Acute Setting; Caring, compassionate and a good listener; Self-motivated and able to use own initiative, whilst working as part of a team Applicants should: Degree in Social Care, Applied Social Studies, RNID, in Designated Centre for Persons (Children and Adults) with Disabilities Be confident, trustworthy and respectful. Be able to interact and communicate at all levels so that at the end of the day the Job Gets Done. Be able to manage stressful situations and stay focused on the tasks that need to be done and the quality and safety standards expected to be achieved. Be able to think problems through and to not only avoid any reoccurrence but also to plan for your sustained success and the success of your teams. Be self-motivated, work with minimal supervision, be a good timekeeper.
