Job Description
**Responsible for delivering high-quality, integrated care to young people in a residential setting**. Manage a childrens home, promote a culture of respect and diversity, and work proactively with the Regional Director to ensure optimum delivery and development of Orchard Residential Care.
- Key Responsibilities:

- Work proactively with the Regional Director to ensure optimum delivery and development of Orchard Residential Care
- Lead and participate in the On-Call support system
- Ensure the safety and well-being of young people and staff
Requirements:
- A recognised Level 8 Social Care qualification, or Level 7 with a management qualification
- Three years direct experience of working in residential childcare, and/or managing services to vulnerable children and young people
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Proficient IT skills and understanding of software such as Word, Adobe, and Excel
- A full clean drivers licence held for more than one year
