Job Title: Person in Charge

Residential and Supported Living Services provider seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to lead a team and support people with complex needs.
As a Person in Charge, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, managing staff, and maintaining compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Personal Plans, Risk Assessments, and Behavioural Support Plans are up-to-date and services are delivered to the highest standards.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to your team, coordinating input from Clinical Team members and other departmental supports as required.
- Oversee the service across shifts to ensure effective and efficient services are delivered within the centre.
- Maintain the highest level of infection control standards and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to and maintain an effective team, organising and participating in meetings, reviews, and committees as required.
Requirements:
- Level 7/8 Degree in a Health or Social related qualification (or suitable equivalent qualification with management qualification in healthcare).
- Full Clean Drivers license.
- 3 years minimum managerial experience within a similar health or social care setting.
- Strong leadership skills, problem-solving skills, and judgement making critical decisions and recommendations.
- Excellent organisational skills, self-motivation, and self-starter.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and IT skills.
