Seeking experienced individual to lead team in residential and supported living services for children and adults with complex needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring personal plans, risk assessments, and behavioural support plans are up-to-date and services are delivered to the highest quality and safety standards.
- Providing mentorship and leadership to the team, including formal supervisions, appraisals, and monthly team meetings.
- Overseeing the service across shifts to ensure effective and efficient services are delivered.
- Maintaining the highest level of infection control standards and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to and maintain an effective team, organise and participate in meetings, reviews, and committees as required.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Level 7/8 degree in a health or social related qualification (or suitable equivalent qualification with management qualification in healthcare).
- Full clean driver's license.
- 3 years minimum managerial experience within a similar health or social care setting.
