Seeking experienced professional to lead team in Disability Sector, requiring strong management and social care skills.

CPL Healthcare is recruiting for a Person in Charge role in Thomastown, Kilkenny, with a client in the Disability Sector.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least 5 years of experience in the Health/Social Care sector and 3 years of senior/supervisory/management role experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of a Level 7 on the QQI Framework – BA in Social Care Studies, Social Care Management, or equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care.
• Post-graduate qualification ideally in Social Care Management or Management Qualification.
• Competencies and skills to work with persons with an intellectual disability.
