TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting 2 Persons in Charge for the Carlow and Kilkenny locations on behalf of a Residential Service for adults with Intellectual Disabilities. These are permanent full time contracts working 39 hours per week. The roster runs 5 days over 7 with 1 weekend required per month and 1 late evening per week (usually 1pm to 9pm). Premium rates apply for weekend shifts which are usually 8 hours per day where you are on emergency governance. Salary: €54,699 - €63,977 Qualifications Required Must hold a 3rd level qualification of at leave Level 7 In Social Care or Applied Social Care Studies or; A Nursing Qualification in Intellectual Disability, Psychiatric, General or Childrens. A relevant Management qualification is essential. Registration with CORU (where applicable) Essential Full clean drivers licence and own transportation (Manual) Essential skills and experience: 3 Years managerial experience in a health care role. Proven practical experience or similar experience in a role of this level. Proven knowledge and experience of HIQA standards and Certification.
