Seeking a dedicated healthcare professional with disabilities sector experience for a Person in Charge role in Kilkenny, Ireland, with CPL Healthcare.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our team in Kilkenny, Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and a passion for working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of a Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework in Social Care Studies, Social Care Management, or equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care
- Post-graduate qualification in Social Care/Healthcare Management or Management Qualification
- Proven experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience in the Health/Social Care sector
- Minimum 3 years of senior/supervisory/management role experience
